Selten so ein ausgewogenes IPA gehabt. Süffig wie ein Weizen, herrlich harmonische Hopfennote, von der Bitterkeit eher am unteren Ende der Skala, trotz 80 IBU (?). Ein Festtagsbier.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours almost clear brown. Aroma is green, tree bark, vegetables, pumpkin and honey. Body is medium, phenols and mineralic, bitter pine needles, lively carbonation, but pumpkin and honey are rather to be imagined. Not so bad.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours clear deepest red with a pink head. Aroma is blueberry yoghurt. Body is medium, lively carbonation, yoghurt, blueberry, dryish. Not bad, but too soft.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours cloudy pinkish deep red. Aroma is herbal raspberry syrup, lactose. Body is medium, softly sour, raspberry syrup again. A bit thinnish. Quite good though.

Tap at Bülach. Pours darkest brown. Aroma is vanilla, oatmeal, cinnamon, sugar. Body is medium, diabetes, low carbonation, some green peppers, still chocolate and coffee. Sweetish palate. Good.

Tap at Bülach. Pours hazy brownish amber. Aroma is new england, onion and sweaty socks over tropical fruit. Body is medium, strongly carbonated, healthy backbone, but lacking the flavour punch and the juice and oiliness. Even dryish palate. Still good though.
