Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is NEIPA style tropical fruit, but rather shy. Bread, too. Body is medium, again some NEIPA influence in juice and chew, but not getting close to the real deal. Sort of works.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is strong sweets, sawdust, toasted malts, caramel, little oak and vanilla. Body is heavy and sweet, softly bitter, low carbonation. Little barrel, lots of caramalz. A bock indeed, but not a special one.

Bottle. Pours unclear amber. Aroma is toasted malts and winter spices, glue. Body is medium, mostly bitter, some sweet backbone but rather weak, not pleasant on flavours, spices again, but no pumpkin. Sweetish palate. Okay.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is light DMS, malts, herbs. Body is medium, weirdly bitter, softly sweet, light carbonation. Off grass flavours. Medium palate, hops pellets spice. No beauty.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with nice white head. Aroma is pineappley, bready, some straw. Taste is the same, a bit less powerful than the aroma. Surprisingly good, but doesn’t work out perfectly.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is super strong mint, nothing else. Body is light, with a soft, well-supporting carbonation, but not much else but the mint. Aroma continues like that. If you like mint, this might be enjoyable.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Low spice, not much aroma. Mostly bitter with a low taste, little fruit. A bit metallic, more in mouthfeel than taste. Meh.
