Description
One of the first contrarian, entrepreneurial geniuses of Toronto, Joseph Bloor was a visionary. He bought many parcels of land including what we now call Yorkville. He also founded a brewery and today we have resurrected the Joseph Bloor vision with a line of beers worthy of the contrarian genius he was. Enjoy.

Can from the LCBO.
Clear golden pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is grainy, nice cereals, floral, grassy noble hops. Nice mouth feel, good carb. A pleasant surprise, a decent pils. I was not expecting this. Nice floral, herbal hops notes, and some decent grains in the mix.

Pours a clean golden colour with frothy-bubbly white cap, decent stay and some light foamy lacing. Nice spicy hop aromas over the cereal grain malts. The taste shows maltier, a little sweeter, almost giving dark fruit notes. The hops do balance out the richness with a dry finish. The flavours are a little odd, different I guess, but not offensive. Bitterness seems to grow. Interesting to say the least.
