Description
At a time when everything around us is handcrafted, artisanal and bespoke, we have a much simpler story to tell — about a lager that’s refreshingly honest and consistently easy to drink.

Can from the lcbo. Clear golden pour, with a small, lacy white head. Pale, bland cereals, hints of light dried grassy hops. Mouth feel is thin, carb is light. Low bitterness, slightly vegetal, barebones basic lager. Not awful, not great. Meh.

Clean, light golden-yellow colour with a slow, tiny carbonation, a white head, average stay and a ring of bubbly foam left. Straw malt aromas with a sweet touch, and herbal, hoppiness. The mouthfeel is smooth, silky and with some dryness. Again, flavours of straw malts and herb notes from the hops. A very slight haze in the last pour. A decent lager with enough hops to lighten things, but a lager no more.
