0.5 l bottle from a trade with Cuso, thanks. It poured golden body with medium sized head. Weaker malty aroma, some acidity already here. Sweet, honey malty flavor, lightly metallic, acidic from hops. Thin bodied with shorter finish. Unpleasant and poorly executed pils, couldn’t finish it. Am I the party breaker here? Might rerate, maybe we got a poor batch.

[Thanks to Cuso]. 33cl bottle. Golden colour wuth a white head, good lasting maintaining a thin layer, no lacework. Aroma is floral, grassy and hoppy. Flavor is malty, with a decent bitterness, herbal and floral notes are present. In the final maintain the initial bitterness with a medium duration. Carbonation and body are medium.

[Thanks to Cuso]. 50cl bottle. Golden colour with a white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma is hoppy, moderate malty and herbal. Flavor is herbal, bittery, light malty. The final has a decent bitterness with a good duration. Carbonation and body are medium.

30/07 0.33 l bottle brought from Bratislava. It poured golden body with a small head. Weak lemony and sweetish grainy malt aroma. Flavor got hay added, moderately alcoholic and generally sweet. Touch of herbal hops hinted. Medium in body with sweet malty and bitter alcoholic finish. Some hops showed here as well, but bitterness came mainly from alcohol. It was boring and alcohol punched despite the relatively low ABV, I couldn’t like it.

RBESG 2012 - day 2. Copper with a big and fluffy white head. Malty aroma with a phenolic yeasty touch. Sweet, grainy malty flavour with a yeasty touch, some herbal hops and a faint bitter finish

21/07 RBESG Grand Tasting, on tap at Richtar Jakub. It poured clear red body with small white head. Weaker caramel, grainy and a bit lactic aroma. Nice sweetish caramel flavor, otherwise toast, brown sugar. Note of herbal bitterness here as well. It had medium body with long pleasant, again slightly sweet caramel and a bit bitter herbal finish. A decent Vienna, well balanced, pleasant and easily drinkable.
