Bottle at tasting, thanks Cuso. Malty aroma and taste, peat, barrel wooden notes, light to medium sour, light bitter. Medium body, malty peaty sour finish. Ok.

Bottle. Rather hazy dark orange color with white head. Aroma is frozen raspberries, tomato vine. Taste is the same, very fruity. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Solid!

Back at the Solothurner Biertage 2015. Amber color with stable 1cm thick head, nice lacing. Fruity, sweet malts, some faint fruits. Bready-malty taste. Meh. Quite boring and lacks just something.

At the source in Bern: Pours light amber with a white head. Aroma is light caramel malt and bread. Taste is slightly sweet. Very unmemorable, but perfectly drinkable.

Draft at the bewpub. It seems like they don’t brew this beer so often! Murky brown pour with a very frothy long-lived head and some broken lacing. Smoky aroma with citrus notes. Smooth, bitter, slightly sour flavour with some smoke, that, along with a hint of dryness, sits for a while on the palate. A drinkable beer, not too smoky and quite refreshing, but nothing special.

On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy, straw coloured pour with a big white frothy head that seemed to last forever. Mild fruity aroma with a pleasant floral taste complete with an unusual spicy bitterness. There is a hint of sour bitterness on the palate too. A very tasty and refreshing beer, but the floral taste might become a little too much for a session.
