Deep golden amber topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is dusty fruit, biscuit crumbs, stewed fruit, toffee.
Taste comprises caramel, vinous, dusty fruit rinds, modest barrel notes, herb, plummy depths.
Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close
Okay sipper if lacking some depth to the flavour.

Bottle 0,33l from the brewpub, two and half year aged. Cloudy, dark amber colored. AROMA- dark grapes, brandy, caramel. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, warming, grapes, lots of caramel. Full bodied. Pretty average.
