Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Cooked vegetables at first in the aroma, then a generic fruityness and some grainy scents. Hay and grass chimes in. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Pale malts, some wet cardboard notes, fruityness and a little bitterness. Some metallic notes in the finish. A perfectly drinkable one, but it’s also quite boring, and not the best pale lager I’ve had. 121124

Bottle. It pours a hazy, dark amber beer body and a dense, off-white head. Some lacings. The aroma is quite acidic, with banana, bubble gum, toffee and some cloves. The flavor has bubble gum, toffee, banana, lemon juice and cloves, with a touch of bitterness showing up towards the end. Medium body, quite sweetish. A decent one, but quite strange. 121124

Bottled@Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Orangeish amber colour with some slight haze and a nice big creamy head, that leaves good lace. Aroma is banana, mild spices, some slight bready notes as well as some citrusy notes. Flavour is rather similar with also some mild ryebready notes. Mild yeastyness as well.
