Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Pivoteka. Pours mostly clear copper-red with a foamy, khaki topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with lovely candied ham notes, toasted caramel, bready malts, a little earthy hop. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, restrained smoked ham, toast, caramel. Tasty, highly drinkable.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Pivoteka. Pours clear, rich brown with a foamy, tan head. Light-medium sweet flavour, well toasted malts, nips of chocolate, soft earthy bitterness, toasted biscuits, toffee. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Bittersweet finish, more cocoa, coffee, light ash. A really solid all-around porter. Highly drinkable.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Pivoteka. Pours mostly clear, glowing orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Quite nice, lightly sweet, mellow bread and leafy hops, some mellow citrus notes, a little yeast expression. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with some grassy-leafy bitterness, sun-kisses pale malts, more citrusy accents. Nice stuff.
