Can at CBJ Tasting. Dark cola brown. Thin foamy beige head. Aroma has berries and light chocolate. As does flavour. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Not sure.

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to LKS for the can. Semi opaque brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Airy thin and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Very tangy. Tangy and very ripe fruits, a mild chocolate underneath. Light and semi dry finish. Thoroughly odd.

Interesting, not in the best way. Faintly twangy, quite dry, woody, faint leathery berries, dry roast. Probably not quite as intended. Just drinkable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the De Beauvoir Christmas Market. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of lean pale grains, a mild woody note, dried citrus peel, bitter straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decently balanced to finish, notes of pale biscuits, more dried citrus rind, pale grain husk, a little yeast expression, crunchy leaves. Not bad overall.
