Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Da Hapna. Pours very slightly hazed gold with a creamy, white topping. Lightly sweet with pleasant wheat character, a little dough, tangerine rind, yeast, faint dried banana. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with further wheat flakes, accents of banana and citrus. Drinkable stuff.

Bottle at Riu Pravets - picked up from a grocery store in Sofia. Pours clear yellow-gold, highly effervescent, with a rich, foamy, pure white head. Light to medium sweet with rich pale cereal grains, a hint of caramel, very mild bitter hay, maybe a papery accent. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, more biscuits and cereal. Simple but not bad. Easy-drinking beer.
