Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Da Hapna. Pours clear pale gold with a slight, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, nice fresh pale grains, a little yeast, dough. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, more bready biscuits, soft yeast expression, cracked grains. Tasty, very drinkable.
