Bottle (purchased at the brewery):Golden, cloudy, medium-sized and slowly-collapsing loose off-white head, ripe bananas in the sourish-sweetish wheaty nose; delicate sweetish-sourish flavour, realatively light bodied, but quite soft; short finish with the usual flavour and the expected tartness in the aftertaste. O.K., but not so exciting....

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Clear, amber coloured, mid-sized and slowly collapsing loose off-white head, mild, but distinctive toasty-fruity nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and soft; increasing, but sill mild, bitterness towards the dark-malty and sweetish chocolatey finish. Quite well balanced, quite good...

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Citrus-fruity and moderately wheaty aroma with a notes of banana and a tinge of phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, slightly sharp carbonation. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Soft pale malty base with delicately grainy spots and herbal hops; bitter and mildly sweet malty finish. Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. Dark orangish brown appearance with a big, light brown head. Quite toasty, caramel malty, a bit nutty, slightly charred aroma. A touch metallic, creamy toasty malty, a touch fruity flavor. Tastes a bit old.
