Bottle @ Chris’ house in Fürth. Fairly clear yellow appearance with a big white head. Grainy, straw, a bit husky, grassy aroma. Lightly metallic, slightly chewy, somewhat grainy flavor.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, a bit of oxidation and light herbal hops notes. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of caramel and a drier finish with a bit of bitterness. Light to medium-bodied.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with huge frothy white head. Grainy and hoppy aroma. Nicely bitter hopped taste, a bit light body, thin malt basis. Sessionable.

Bright yellow colour, disappearing head. Aroma is light with some grainy malt, honey and hints of vegetables. Palate is too low on CO2. Flavour has grainy malt, some corn and honey. Sticky finish. Drinkable.

Mild hefig-grasiger Antrunk mit deutlichen, leider trockenen, Getreidenoten. Weich, zu wenig aromatisch. Die Hefigkeit kann sich nicht vollkommen ausbreiten, dagegen steht eine deutliche Bitterkeit. Die Hintergrundaromen gefallen auch im Abgang – insgesamt ist mir das Bier aber zu flach. 8/8/9/7/8/7

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours dark amber with a creamy head and lacings. Nose is bread, fruit and caramel. Smooth and medium bodied. Flavor is sweet - cane sugar, rye, caramel and a vague hint of metal. Decent.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear golden with a lasting egg white head. Nose has vague notes of vegetables and a good dose of breadcrust and grass. Flavor again has a little touch of vegetables and corn which I am not a fan of. Smooth and medium bodied. Dry and hoppy end. Decent.
