Bottle, 5.3% bought at the brewery. Good citric, grapefruity aroma. Cloudy orange colour. OK off-white head. The flavour starts off a bit sweet, turns malty and grapefruity.

Bottle. Sweet lactic chocolate malt aroma. Clear dark reddish brown color with nice head. Sweet chocolate malt flavor with a light hint of grassy hops in the finish. With a little more body, this would be just about perfect. Very nice.

(bottle) Clear, amber to slightly copper colour with a mid-sized off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty toast-malty aroma with notes of caramel and shy herbal hops. Moderately sweet and faint bitter flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Toasty malt-character with caramel and traces of cacao; medium-dry, toasty and sweet-bitter finish with obvious and warming notes of alcohol. 02.V.10

Slightly bready and subtle fruity cara-malty aroma with a touch of floral and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Moderately bready (cara-)malt character with hoppy accents getting stronger towards the dry bitter-sweet finish with floral and herbal hops. Solid Franconian Lager. 30.IV.10

Bottled (Thanks Timo A.). Golden colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, malty, some grassyness and mild herbal notes as well. Flavour is fruity, malty, a bit caramely as well as some grassyness. Rather dry palate.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Hazy golden colour with small white head. Aroma is honey, wheat, mild herbs, bananas as well as some mild grassy notes. Flavour is sweet wheat, caramel as well as some notes of cardboard, hay and mild yeast.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, caramel.
