Bottle, many thanks Gurthnar. Golden color with no head. Aroma is honey, a bit spicy, like a punch, nutty as well. Taste is again spicy, honey, nutty. Oily mouthfeel. Nice one, albeit a bit too spicy for my liking.

Enormous thanks to Ivan R. & Mirna! Amber-golden body. Oily classic mead aroma, basically fermented honey. Yay. Nothing really special about it but not bad. Taste... quite light, oily honeyish notes. OK, nothing off, nice starter mead I guess, but really too light for my tastes.

Big thanks to an unknown donor, maybe Cunningham for this very special kind of a screw top bottle. Bright yellow body. No head, no lace. Sweet and dry nose, white wine impression. Taste like a kind of dessert wine; honeyed sweet, woody dry and with sweet fruit. Way too sweet in the long run, alright as a sampler (shared with Finn at our hotel room in Drammen 30.05.2015).
