Clear golden color with no head. Honey and mellow nice almonds in the aroma. Medium + body. Oily and a mellow sweetness. Honey, fruity (like cherries) nice almond nutty flavor. Nice tasty mead. Dangerously well hidden alcohol.

Clear pale yellow color with no head. Flower dominated aroma. Also honey off course. Medium + body. Oily and a mellow sweetness. Honey, fruity, nutty, citric and flowers in the flavor. Nice tasty mead that was a bit more fresh than usual. Nice citrus peel.

Bottle from trade with Cuso, many thanks! Klare goldene Farbe, kein Schaum. Geruch alkoholisch, Honig, leicht holzig, süß. Geschmack süß nach Honig, gering nach Trauben, holzig, alkoholisch.

Aroma: medicinal hers, esters/solvent, some clove notes?, medicinal sweetness.
Taste: very sweet, herbal vermouth-like notes, some alcohol/solvent heat.
Not as smooth and easy drinking like their acacia mead (which more like an icewine), but still intense and interesting.

Look: clear pale yellow.
Aroma: smells like a sweet white desert wine, sherry, more fermented fruit than honey, some tannic fruit skin notes, oxidation notes, some alcohol and even some burned leather!?
Taste: very sweet with intense fruit or honey, oxidation notes, sherry, some alcohol. Excellent intense and complex desert drink!
