Look: clear golden.
Aroma: medicinal hers, esters/solvent, some clove notes?, medicinal sweetness.
Taste: very sweet, herbal vermouth-like notes, some alcohol/solvent heat.
Not as smooth and easy drinking like their acacia mead (which more like an icewine), but still intense and interesting.

Look: clear pale yellow.
Aroma: smells like a sweet white desert wine, sherry, more fermented fruit than honey, some tannic fruit skin notes, oxidation notes, some alcohol and even some burned leather!?
Taste: very sweet with intense fruit or honey, oxidation notes, sherry, some alcohol. Excellent intense and complex desert drink!

Bottle from meadery. Pale golden color, no head. Aroma of mead, acacia, fruity notes, wood. Crisp, fruity taste with some pear, apricots, acacia. Floral fruity finish. Very tasty.
