Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a solid, off-white head. Caramellish malt aroma. Medium body, again some caramel, nuts and some phenols that may be pointing in the direction of Belgian yeast. But in spite of the caramel notes it remains super dry throughout and actually neatly drinkable. 210521

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a rich and very fizzy off-white head. Subtle roast and caramel in the nose. Medium body, initially sweet, subdued roast, a hint of cardboard before a rather bitter finish. Personally I prefer a Brown Ale with richer maltiness. 150421

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a rich and lacing off-white head. Pumpkin pie spicy mix in the nose. Medium body, slight cookie and caramel, doughie yet dry with the spices holding up the whole way. Never sweet though and with a solid hop dose to finish. Decent Xmas beer. 250321

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear black with a reddish tint and a smallish, lacing off.white head. Vague, roasty nose a hint of cocoa too. Medium body, a hint of maltiness but mostly dry and roasty, ashy and minerally and somewhat unclean. But drinkable indeed. 160321

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, almost opaque golden with a smallish, white head. Nose is oddly herbal or spicy - nowhere near a hoppy freshness. Ah, when you take the first zip you understand why. This is simply contaminated with Brett that adds a strong, leathery feel that was what gave the herbal nose. Medium body, super dry with a bitter finish. But not the least trace of aroma ops, it's Brett all over. 110121

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a dense and frothy, lacing white head. Yeasty, flowery, herbal aroma. Medium body, again very spicy, flowery with a distinct yeast note and a solid bitterness. But clean and well made with not too disturbing phenols. 110121
