Description
We opened in January 2007 on our farm in Arlington, Washington. After 5 years and many great customers, we moved into town at our present location.

Brewing on a 10 barrel brewhouse, used since the beginning, we produce 3 mainstay beers and about 100 +/- seasonal and one-offs. We take pride in creating bold and exciting beers. While also sourcing local premium ingredients to craft our ales and lagers, which we proudly serve at our tasting room.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6

Preliminary notes (1st batch): Crisp, light oak aroma with a bit of fruitiness. Clean malts, sublte snappiness at the back. Brewer did not indicate any major changes for this, but I’ll revisit in the summer nonetheless.
