330ml bottle. Minimally milky, faint, amber colour with small to average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy and slightly floral aroma, mellow malty background, notes of allspice, whiffs of chamomile. Taste is sweet-ish, pale and caramel malty, spicy and slightly floral, minimally yeasty fruity, notes of allspice, hints of chamomile, caramel, a touch of sweet cherry.
Oily-watery texture, smooth, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to coarse, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, maybe still a tad too light and watery for an even better integration of the adjuncts - enjoyable.

100ml draught at Hopfen+Malz as Heimat Bock Hell, 6.9 % abv. A warm golden body with a decent off-white head leaving spotty lacing on the glassware. Quite promising aromas with caramel malts to the fore. Malt-fruity taste, herbal hops and caramel malts. Mid-sweet malt driven ending. Fine bodied. Decent. (Aachen, 26.02.2026).

A clear orange golden beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of mid sweet caramelized malt, honey. Taste of honey, biscuit malt, caramel, moderate bitterness.

Heller, mild süßer Beginn. Weiche milde Herbe, etwas zunehmende Süße, cremig, Honignoten. Mittellanger Abgang. 9/8/7/7/8/7

Very wintry spices. Certainly better than 3.10.

0.33 l bottle from 'AleHub', best before November 2025. Hazy, ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, fairly spicy, gently fruity and a bit yeasty aroma of cinnamon, anise, clove, cherry, raisins and gingerbread. Rather sweet, malty, fairly spicy, gently fruity and a bit yeasty taste of gingerbread, raisins, cherry, cinnamon, anise and clove, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Hardly resembles a Quad due to the lack of a noticeable yeast character, but saturates nevertheless. Very spicy, would make for a great Christmas ale, everything but well-balanced, of course. I like it, typical Freigeist stuff, but won't be to everyone's liking.

33cl can. A clear reddish amber beer with a small white head. Aroma of caramelized and reddish malt, red fruits. Taste of red malt, caramel, strawberries, nuts, moderate bitterness.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of spicy hops, straw and pale malt. Taste of fresh grainy pale malt, straw and a moderate spicy bitterness.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before February 2022. Slightly hazy, deep reddish amber with a large, foamy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity aroma of caramel, strawberry jam, some honey and a touch of raisins. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity taste of caramel, strawberry jam, some raisins and light honey, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fruity and malty Lager, a bit sweet but still balanced.
