On tap at Ljubljana Beer and Burger Fest, April 2018. Nitro. Wonderful dark brown colour, huge firm creamy tan head. Rich roasty and malty, hints of coffee, dark chocolate, dark fruits, very light molasses, very light phenolic touch. Dry roasty profile with sweet notes of fruit and malts. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, nitro takes it a level up. Wonderful creamy texture, lasting finish with a phenolic touch. Very good for the style, minor flaws, very silky and appealing, an Irish delight ;)

On tap at Maister Brewery's first anniversary. Pours completely hazy fiery-orange, topped with at hinner and nonlasting off white head. Intense and very pleasant tropical fruit aroma. Medium bitterness with quite strong and very dry herbal feeling. Lasting aftertaste. Very nice aroma, buts lacks some fruity balance in the taste. A bit too bittery for a NEIPA. Still nciely drinkable.

On tap at Pivo & Burger Fest, Ljubljana. Pours medium hazy golden colour, glowing, topped with a medium sized and pretty lasting white head. Gentle fruity aroma, later followed by more noticeable minty nose. Medium bitterness with some fruity sweetness. Mint candy feeling later on. Lighter body. Very lastinga nd fresh aftertaste. A bit too minty for my liking, but still nice.

On tap at Pivo & Burger Fest, Ljubljana. Pours very hazy and very pale straw-yellow, topped with medium sized and pretty lasting white head. Pleasant and easy to pick up tropical fruit aroma, a lot of pineapple. Gently soury, slight lemon and mild bitterness, but very mild. Dry finish, but not too hardcore. No real aftertaste. Lighter body, almost a bit watery. A bit more gentle take on brut IPA.

On tap at Pivo and Burger Fest, Ljubljana. Black, small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some butter, dark chocolate. Flavour is dark chocolate, bittersweet, liquorice. Roasty, alcohol somewhat present. Tart, roasty, very dry, moderate finish with licorice as a spicy add on. Medium to full body, oily texture, potent, moderate carbonation. Finishes so nicely that it negates any flaws. Very nice.

On tap at Beer & Burger Fest, Ljubljana. Thanks Miha! Hazy pale straw colour, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, floral, herbal, basil, some tropical aromas, light citrus and light peach emerging. Flavours are slightly grainy, floral, soft sourness. Light body, abrupt finish, dry. Brut philosophy used on a kettle sour ale. Turned out very nice.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours quite hazy yellow-golden, topped with at hin white head, nonlasting. Gentler and pleasant aroma, citrusy and fruity notes and some lemon candy. Even gentler taste, slight bitterness and some citrusy notes. Short and gentle aftertaste. Very light body, almost a bit watery. Very gentle and nothing too exciting for the taste buds, but still a very pleasant, refreshing and very drinkable beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a bit hazy amber colour, topped with a smaller and non lasting white ehad. Gentle malty nose with nice caramel that soon disappears and grassy hoppiness takes over. Starts with gentle sweetness, caramle and biscuity, followed by mellower bitterness and shorter aftertaste. Lighter body. Not bad, though aroma is a bit off later on.
