Pours clear amber with a rich head. Aroma of dried fruit, raisins and resin. Very bitter taste with notes of resin, pine needles and rasins. Extreme in a good way.

Aromas are dark bolt, toast and a slight hint of molasses. Flavors are similar to nose and really true to style. A bit sweeter than Guinness and definitely dryer than Murphy's. Spot on body and carbonation. Very nice beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has straw and light sweet grains with a touch of grass and light flora supporting. Flavor has light grains and straw with earthy grass and light hay underlying.

Can at home. Opaque dark brown to black color, full sized beige to light brown colored head. Aroma is over the top espresso and cold coffee. Flavor is similar: insanely heavy espresso, firm bitterness. A bit one sided unfortunately. Fairly soft carbonation, quite low bodied. Hmm over the top I'd say.

Very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes bourbon, vanilla, nutty, oak, light sweetness, molasses, spices, earthy. finishes lightly sweet with notes of bourbon, vanilla and nutty notes. Nice one, rather barrel forward, tad on the sweet side, good stuff
