Description
My craft beers are brewed entirely in my workshop at Ferme des Marronniers in Calleville-les-Deux-Églises, near Tôtes. As for the beers, they are all-natural; nothing artificial here, which is why they are produced under the AB organic label.

25/X/25 - 50cl bottle @ kelderschatten tasting by Gentse Biervereniging (Baracuna), BB: 29/VI/24 (2025-1075) Thanks for sharing the bottle!

SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Clear dark brown to black beer, big aery irregular beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: good roast, malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, gentle roast, a little bitter, cow fodder, not bad. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, malty, gentle roast, a little funky, hay, cow fodder, grains. Nothing wrong, but rather boring.

25 October 2025. At “Gentse Biervereniging Kelderschatten” (Baracuna). Cheers to the whole crew!

Milk, mocha, 'Ersatz' chocolate, coffee pad. Restrainedly sweetish raisin, bitter coffee pad, sourish note. Bit metallic, earthy hops. Average carbonation. Enjoyably dry but also quite crude.

bottle from Quiberville Tourist Info. Cloudy pale yellow, tall and stable white head. Wheaty and yeasty, rather full-bodied, as it's quite strong for a bière blanche, with pleasantly sweet malty flavours and a spicy-citrusy finish.
