Bottle shared by Levi. Very unique lemony edges. Sour apple, lemony tartness. Very tart, not a traditional cider. Sour cider mix. Very cool.

Bottle sample. Hazy yellow color, pretty much flat. Aroma of mild barnyard, dusty fruit and apple skins. Taste is full bodied fruit with a slight edge of tartness. Not as funky as the Ribela we had just before this, but pretty tasty.

750 ml bottle from Bushwackers. A really cool presentation. One of my first (or first?) ventures into Basque cider. Pours a cloudy yellow color, almost green, almost no carbonation. Some particulates floating around. A sour apple funky barnyard nose. Really interesting flavor: tart apples, sawdust, some cheese, funkiness. Certainly quite dry, cider bone dry flavors. Is unique. I wonder what this is fermented with? The softness/no carb for the most part is actually OK with me.

750 mL bottle as a birthday present from Mom. Thanks! Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with floating particles. The head fades immediately but I didn’t pour it traditionally so I’m not going to knock it for that. Aroma of big fruity, floral apple notes, tart apples, herbal and spicy notes. The taste is tart apples, vanilla, grainy notes, herbal notes, spicy finish. Quite nice.

Thanks radarsock for sharing this. Enjoyed in a snifter.
A - Straw color. Pretty intense haze. Light carbonation
S - Alright smell. Up front apple scent, candy and burnt sugar. Quite a Pheno smell going on.
T - Yeah...funky old cheese? Goat cheese? apples, bananas. Slight cardboard. Still not bad. Loving the tart mouth drying finish
M - 35% carbonation. Light body. dry finish
O - It’s alright. Not bad. Quite pleasant but not bad.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear yellow gold with no head. The aroma is cheese and funk. Thin mouthfeel with a tart and bandaid flavor. Not much going on with this one.

Pours slightly hazy pale straw color with no head. Musty apple aroma. Sour green apple flavor that’s a little earthy. Quite tart. Medium body with no carbonation.
