(bottle) Clear, pale yellow colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Discreet aroma of doughy, subtle grainy malt and traces of grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, quite light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim pale malty and slightly sour-doughy malty base with shy hints of grassy hops showing up towards the delicately bitter and slim finish. As close to the water as the brewery itself. But honestly: drinkable extremely chilled in the summer heat. 22.VI.12
