(Draft) Clear golden with big long-lasting white head. Pleasant subtle aroma of citrus and maybe passion fruit. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Citrus and tropical start, some pleasant caramel malt in the background. A nice bitterness in the finish. Very good.

(Draft)) Clear straw with big long-lasting white head. Subtle citrus and sherbet aroma. Soft medium body with plenty of fine carbonation. Citrus and sherbet at the start. Citrus carries on through the palate, but that’s about it. Pleasant easy drinking beer.

(Draft) Clear deep amber with small white head. Very subtle aroma with hints of caramel. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Pleasant but unusual flavours with notes of candy sugar and pear drops. Some gentle bitterness in the finish. Some tartness at the start. Pleasant beer.

(Draft) Hazy pinkish amber with tiny white hard. Big raspberry aroma. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Nice and tart. Citrus with plenty of raspberry. Very good.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear medium to dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty, light toffee. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, roasty, earthy, herbal, light sweet toffee, liquorice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. A little light, but I do love a mild with a little sweetness.
