Clear pale golden, tall dense fluffy head turning airy soon. No proper lacing. Average retention. Aroma of plain grains & hay. Light body. Thin texture. The taste reveals grainy sweetness & grassy bitterness. The only proper hopping in the Zähringer lineup. Short to medium long well balanced finish. OK
