Bottle, nine months before bbd. Pours hazy dark golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tropical hops, with citrus peel and grassy notes, as well as malts with grain and toffee. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tropical hops with orange peel, as well as malts with grains and toffee.

Bottle, ten months before bbd. Pours hazy golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is hops with tropical notes of apricots, mango and oranges, as well as malts with cereals, caramel and toffee. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops, with pine, citrusy notes and some tropical notes, as well as malts with cereals and caramel. Somewhat heavy.

Bottle, ten months before bbd. Pours hazy golden, with a big creamy, off white head. Aroma is nice, roasted coffee with some cocoa notes, as well as hops with orange peel and some grassy notes. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sweet hoppy notes, with pine, citrusy notes with orange peel and zesty, herbal notes, as well as dark roasted coffee. Lingering bitterness in the finish. Very coffee forward, but still recognizable IPA-ish, and a pretty decent experiment.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, murky orange to amber colour with a short off-white foamy head. Moderately fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, oranges and traces of resin. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Dry malt character with present drying resiny, spicy and fruity hops; quite lasting hop bitter finish with notes of citrus. 27.III.17

Hazy amber with little white head. Aroma is bonbon, herbs, some peach, other fruits. Taste is sour grape with some bitter citrus juice. Quite drinkable. Ok.

Bottle. Golden color with white head. Aroma is earthy hops, grapefruit. Taste is earthy, bready, grainy. Bitter finish with an earthy aftertaste. Silky mouthfeel. Meh.

Flesje gedeeld door TomHendriksen en gedronken met Benzai. Bleek, licht troebel bier met weinig schuim en weinig aroma. Smaak is beetje fruitig. Weinig nasmaak.

Bottle [thanks to TomHendriksen and my cousin Lieke for bringing this back from holiday] @ tasting shared by Inoven. Clear pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, slightly hayish, perhaps a slight hint of citrus. Average body and carbonation.
