500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber with a foamy head. Overripe banana, clove, esters, some lemon, walnuts, caramel. Dry bitterness, some sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Quite a simple but unusual Weizen, not very complex but superbly refreshing and fast to drink.

28/1/2024. Bottle courtesy of Matthias. Pours clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy, caramel, fruits. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Moderate body, lively carbonation. Too sweet for my liking.
