Bottle. Clear brown color with reddish highlight and a tan head. Aroma is molasses, caramely, raisins, prunes. Taste is molasses, raisins, a touch of prunes. Medium carbonation, surprisingly light mouthfeel. Super-balanced Doppelbock, amazing!

Ruby brown with almost no beige head. Aroma is walnut toffee butter brown sugar roast. Taste is bitter nuts and brown sugar sweetness. Full body medium smooth. Nice.

Brown color with minimal and quickly diminishing off-White head. Aroma has notes of burnt sugar, dry fruits, toasted malts and caramel. Flavor is slightly sweet, no cloying, some nutty notes and ripe fruit with caramelish notes. Mild sweetnes in the final with a good presence of alcohol, smooth on palate with toasted and caramelish hints.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Schlossbrauerei Odelzhausen Traditions Hell ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Clear medium orange yellow color, initial speaking, with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, minerals, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation looks soft to flat, but in mouth it feels soft to lively. [20160126]

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo O pięknej rubinowo-czerwonej barwie, spora piana ale mało trwala. Alkoholowe, owocowe, sliwki figi i wisnie zarówno w aromacie jak i smaku. Wisnie i porzeczki glownie smakowo, może trochę za alkoholowe ale ogolnie przyjemne piwo. Mimo sporej mocy nie było uciazliwe. Polecam

Dunkler, viel zu süßer Malzantrunk. Wenig würzig, eher plörrig. Etwas getreidig, auch hier fehlt jede Herbe und Bitterkeit. Ein merkwürdiges Bier, das aber immer noch bedeutend besser als das Helle ist. 11/8/9/10//9
