On tap at the brewpub. Leicht trübes orange braunes Bier mit einer ordentlichen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, gering Kaffee, Karamell. Geschmack schokoladig röstmalzig, gering bitter, wenig Karbonisation.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkelbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack röstmalzig süß, schokoladig, leicht alkoholisch. Dennoch süffig.

500ml bottle. Clear dark amber to brown colour with average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white to beige head. Dark malty aroma with a grainy chocolate touch, dry hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet dark malty with a nuttily touch, dry hoppy counterweight. Decent Doppelbock.
