Bottle from Jonas, thanks! Drunk outdoors on a spring-summery lockdown evening. Crystal brown liquid with a medium head. Sweet dark sugar biscuit and syrup in the nose. Caramel kandis sugar in liquid form, maybe a bit too sweet for my taste. Nice finish with some nutty bitterness that leaves a pleasant feeling in yer gums.

Picked this up from Bayerisches Bierspezialitäten Pararadies Bienenfleiß, consumed at home Attenkirchen, Sunday 17th November 2019 whilst listening to The Blinders - Columbia, cooking Goulash, Bread Dumplings, Potato Gratin and Brussels. Pours chestnut brown with a lovely ruby glint and an off white head. Toffee and caramel smooth, warming, though not boozy and surprisingly easy drinking. Fine.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges. Chocolate, raisins, berries and some vinous notes in the aroma. Blackcurrant, plums, chocolate and raisins all feature in the rich yet very drinkable taste.
