Bottle, BB 18.10.2017 (from Koht). Pours copper brown with beige head. Aroma is very fruity, banana, citrus, caramel, some rubber. Flavor is sweet, fruity, caramel, banana, some rubber, wheat. Carbonation is on the high side. Overall: bit dirty, but dunkelweizen is really hard style to get it right (most craft breweries cannot make weizens) and this is decent effort (read: doesn’t try to cover the flaws with over hopping or making it extremely sweet).
