25cl bottle from COOP, Moudon. BB 03.02.2013 Dorée légèrement trouble, col blanc disparaissant vite. Arôme levure légère, froment avec ce bouquet typique d’épices et agrumes. En bouche, levure, grains, pointe d’agrumes et une fin note de coriandre se met en fin de bouche. En retrait le malt se fait présent, le tout manquant de profondeur avec une levure qui prend un peu le dessus.
