Tap at 2025 Beer Expo. A sake rice ale also fermented with sake yeast. The nose is big ginjo-ka, very spicy and fruity, and smells like a sake not a beer. Flavor is slightly sweet, very fruity, lots of ginjo flavors. Seems like a low-alcohol sparkling sake. Works pretty well.

Tap at 2025 Beer Expo. Hazy golden color, tall head. Fruity nose, grapes, honey. Slightly sweet, very fruity flavor, spicy, grapes, great fizzy body. Seems Belgian in character though the brewers deny. Champagne yeast character is nice.
