Bottle, danke David. Light grainy and leafy aroma. Dark copper, low head. Light buttery and grainy malt entry, dusty, light citric hop notes. Medium body , light sparkly mouthfeel. Leaves me thinking I just has a spongecake.

bottle, kindly donated by kappldav123. Hazy golden colour, mid-sized white head. Yeasty-hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, yeasty malt flavours with raher shy aromatic hops (grassy) - lively but pleasantly fine carbonation.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, modest turbid. Starts malty-yeasty, a bit moldy. Fruity hints of apricot. Reminds me of a dry white wine for a short moment. Finish well balanced, less moldy. Good.

22/11 0.5 l bottle courtesy of ogivlado, thanks for sharing! It poured hazy yellow to orange body with banana, cloves and coriander, like all typical good Hefeweizens. Flavor was unfortunately weak, and hint of acidity in nose was well felt at this point. Chalky yeasty and a bit lemony otherwise. Thinner in body with shorter, yeasty and a bit acidic finish. Could be much better.

Ogi’s, from the Croatian RB Crew November 2011 tasting. Prolific brewery, this Einsiedler. Slighly murky ochre body, chalky thick whie head, small but lasting. Sweetish chačly banana nose, bit spicy, slightly acidic. Spicy light soft chalky taste fighting with some tartness. Light (something). Nothing special.

Danke an kappldav123. 8/6/5/4/5/4

Recht simples herb-bitterer Abgang. Danke an kappldav123 für das Bier. 8/9/8/8/8/8
