(bottle) Clear golden colour with a small foamy white head. Light-sweet grainy and shy hoppy aroma. Sweetbitter flavour, light to medium body, crispy carbonation. Rather malt accented Pilsener with grainy, slightly bready taste and a dense but fine hoppy note. Clean, refreshing, but not spectacular.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very unclear greyish orange - almost muddy - with a neat head. Very fruity aroma and a soft, dry body with lots of fruity banana esters. Discreet, rounding bitterness. One of the better Hefes. 011205

(Bottle 50 cl) In my version called "Will-Bräu Pilsner" at 4,6% ABV. Pale golden with a tall and beautifully lacing head. Very hoppy aroma atop a very sweet malt base and a discreet bitter finish. Nice example of a South-German pils. 201002

Bottle. Strong banana and clove aroma. Cloudy yellow-tan color with small head. Light wheat malt flavor - slight banana and clove but not near as upfront as the flavor would lead you to think. On the watery side. Pleasant but not enough flavor

Bottle. A very fruity aroma - primarily a wheaty banana but with hints of apricot and apple. Clear golden yellow color with moderate head. A lemon wheat malt flavor with slight hops finish and moderate carbonation. A less sweet Kristall Weizen - drinkable but atypical of the style.
