50cl bottle from the brewpub (6.8 abv). Pours clear light amber colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramel and riped fruits. Taste of toasted malt, caramel, some red riped fruits, medium alcohol.

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours a deep golden color. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw.

Bottle from trade with Bierkoning, many thanks! Dunkel goldgelbe Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, etwas getreidig, leicht würzig. Geschmack sehr malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig, fruchtig.

Das Spezialbier der Brauerei Aichinger, 5,5 %, vom Faß im Gasthof Drei Kronen. - Goldbraun. - Niedrig gespundet. Fruchtig-bitter gehopft. Kräftiger bitterer Nachtrunk ohne weitere Hopfenaromen. - Gutes Landbier, aber das Bier vom Heckel hat mir besser geschmeckt. (28.9.2013: 3,3.)
Die Neuverkostung aus der Flasche (von der Brauerei, MHD: 15.02.24) ergab ein differenzierteres Bild. - Schon in der Nase leichte butterig-ranzige Züge. - Im Antrunk kernig toastmalzig und angenehm malzsüß mit Noten von Honig. Kräftige, derb krautige Bittere geht in einen ruppig bitteren Nachtrunk über. Deutliche Fehlaromen. - Fazit: unrundes Märzen mit kräftiger aber wenig aromatischer Hopfung, deutlich beeinträchtigt durch butterige, ranzige und muffige Züge. Würde ich heute (24.11.2023) bestenfalls mit 2,6 bewerten. 2,9 ist ein Durchschnittswert.

Mild kernig-würziger Antrunk mit deutlich nussiger Hopfennote. Diese wird intensiver, der Hopfen kristallisiert sich heraus. Vollmundig, die nussigen Nuancen färben auch aufs Malz ab, das zudem Karamellaromen aufweist. Spritzig, vollmundig, rundum gelungen. Besonders die Intensität des Hopfens überrascht. Zum Ende mild aber bestimmt bitter. 8/12/11/12//11

Draught at the brewpub. Seemingly clear copper colour. Big stable white head. Good caramelly flavour, hint of fine aroma hops. Good soft carbonation.

Draught @ Brauerei Aichinger - Gasthof Drei Kronen, Marktplatz 5, 91332 Heiligenstadt, Bavaria, Germany.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, hay, toasted, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, malty and quite rich on berries. Flavour is sweet malts, some berries and grassyness. Also some slight honeyish sweetness as it warms up.
