75cl bottle shared with Soph, bought at Cidrerie Maho. Pours a relatively clear gold, producing foam. Good crisp medium.dry, not much tannin or farmyard texture, relatively clean, an almost filtered touch, with a nicely rich golden sweet apple fruit.

75cl bottle from the producer. The owner said this was the best Guillevic SV in the region. It's nice but not quite as intense and sweet as others we've tried, soft tannin presence. Fairly low carbonation. Not bad.

75cl bottle @ Cidrerie Maho. Misty pale gold appearance, bright spritzy carbonation. Presents a good gingery side alongside a great appley fruity brut character, some green apple, hints of apple skin, finishing dry with a gentle spicy ginger linger.

75cl bottle @ Cidrerie Maho. Pours a pale misty golden yellow, fine spritz. Apple skin and mild apple flesh on the nose. Definitely comes across quite dry, thin apple shades, good sparkle.. decent extra brut overall.
