Description
Be Bold
The concept for B-Sharp stemmed from the desire to stand out against the rustic and industrial backdrop of breweries within Connecticut, to deliver something a little different. We asked ourselves what were the most important aspects of an evening out – quality beverages, superior service, and a setting where we could dive deeper into the company we keep. And just like that, B-Sharp Brewing was born.

Be Legendary
Our team has set out to create a timeless experience, taking pieces from the past and delivering them to you here in the present. We have ripped pages straight out of the 1920’s – from the art deco décor to the speakeasy style ambiance – creating an aesthetic that can only be appreciated with a dash of bitters.

B-Sharp
B-Sharp is a piece of history that longs to be remembered no matter how much the world has forgotten.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thanks Tom. Aroma shows soft caramel and a odd off hint. Flavor isn’t much better. Is this milled grain or DME? Home brewers knew what I am saying. Water body. Jeez. This needs a lot of work.

Can shared by Steve at "No two styles alike tasting." Opaque black with thin cap of head, nice lacing. Aroma is earthy, slightly rubbery, malt, mild chocolate, vague nuts. Taste is strong, roasted, earthy malt, hint of coffee and licorice. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Aroma is synthetic and weird. Taste: OK.

Taster pour on tap at Rising Pint. Pale, greenish-yellow (like lemonade), thin cap of head. Aroma is strong wheat. Taste is strong wheat with light coriander. Smooth texture, medium body, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Decent Hefeweizen.

Can (12/11/24) from trade with Steve. Deeply hazy yellow with decent sparkle, frothy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, pineapple with malt backdrop. Taste is strong tropical fruit, passion fruit, bread. Smooth, thick texture --tons of oats--soft carbonation and malty, bready finish with mild bitterness. Good first impression of this brewer. Really thick. Good strength aroma and flavor. A bit malty, but this may be partially attributable to age.
