Sample at Eurostash III tasting on 01/12/2012: 58cl bottle from Drinks of the World. The beer is a clear yellow color with a medium thin and foamy white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Bready malt and fruit in the nose. Light body with a sweet malty character and notes of cracker and fruit. The finish is sweet with a short malt aftertaste. Average overall.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet-tart dinkel malt (like a mix of barley and wheat) and banana aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with small head. Moderately sweet wild grain malt flavor with a honey and light lemon finish. Tasty - nice wild wheat flavor.

Bottle. Sweet-sour creamy barley malt and grass aroma. Clear pale yellow color with moderate head. Sweet creamy barley flavor with a light grass hops finish. Nice body. Very good - especially like the malt in this one.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Grainy nose with floral hops and malty hints. Flavor had floral and grassy hops, grains and caramel hints. Finished dry and slightly bitter.
