Bottle, Brasserie Federal, Zurich, Wot no Muesli ? Hazy straw colour with a very thin white head. Some hop in the aroma. Fruity tang to the flavour - citrus/apricot with a hint of peppery spice. Dryish finish. Staff pretty clueless in here, guy i asked for a recommendation on a great swiss beer didn’t drink !

Dark ruby color, good creamy beige head, some lace. Strong milk chocolate in the nose. Chocolate is also in the flavor, but it is not very strong. Quite light palate with some caramelly notes. No alcohol shown either. Drinkable, but doesn’t float your boat.

bottle, bought in Weinfelden. Golden yellow, large and consistent head. Good start with intensive malty and grainy flavours with hints of sweetcorn. The middle part is a bit weak and thin, the fiish and aftertaste are very intensive again.

bottle, bought in Weinfelden. Cloudy, dark yellow, large and consistent head. Grainy taste, malty, slightly hoppy; perhaps a bit thin, doesn’t haven an intensive taste.

Light amber color, brown hue; nice perlage. Light aroma, white sugar and caramel. Useless flavor, just some caramel; dry.

Hazy blond color. Quite nice weizen (?) aroma. Light but pleasant: malt, hop and some wheat. Interesting, more than expected.

Bottled. Orange-amber, creamy head. Sweetish, lightly fruity. Light bodied and slightly bready, low biterness. Decent, but not overly interesting.

Bottled. Pale golden, Sweet and thin with some metal. Clean, hard mouthfeel, notes of apple. Near no bitterness.

Blond lager. Light but nice hop and malt aroma. Enough body, not dry, good hop balance; taste not really strong. Final not very strong too, but at least a bit aromatic, with good hops.
