Gold with a creamy, white head. Floral aroma with dough-like undertones. Taste is mildly bitter with a very faint tartness underneath. A touch of hoppy spiciness at the end is reminiscent of Lebkuchen and keeps things interesting. Light-bodied, moderate carbonation. Not bad.
