On tap at The Tap (Yakima), pours a clear dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out jammy blueberry, light tartness, sugars, no notice of apple. Flavour is less sweet than expected, with tart blueberries and some apple core. Not a great flavour profile — lacking depth from the blueberry and the base cider is lame.

On tap at Tieton, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out soft pomegranate notes, a hint of berries, lots of sugars, not much apples. Flavour is very sweet, with lots of pomegranate juice, tons of sugars, and the tiniest hint of apple acidity. Sweet pomegranate alcopop. It is what it is.

On tap at Tieton, pours a fairly clear dark cherry red with almost no head. Nose brings out sweet cherry juice, subtle bourbon notes, and nary a trace of apples. Flavour is likewise fairly sweet, with loads of sweet cherries, a hint of vanillin from the bourbon I guess, and barely any traces of apples left. Big sweet cherry juice. Fun and tasty for what it is, I guess, but nothing complex or refined. Big sweet cherry alcopop.

On tap at Tieton, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde, almost no head. Aroma is full of lavender, with subdued wildflower honey, and a hint of apple core. Flavour is very sweet, with lots of lavender, honey and sweet apples in decent combination. The lavender serves as a nice complement to the sweetness, but this is all still too sweet for me.

On tap at Tieton, pours a deep dark red with a tiny head. Aroma is very jammy, with intense berries that dominate without being too sweet; the apples are buried. Flavour is very sweet, dominated by the huckleberries and not attenuated out much. The apples aren't detectable behind all that fruit and sugar. It's fine for what it is, but not what I want from a cider.

500ml bottle from Press. Wine goblet @home. Clear, classy gold pour, soda spritz. Sweet dessert apples, champagne yeast, dried pineapple nose. Taste is bitter-tart with a decent amount of sweetness. Green table grapes, pineapple, Greening sort of tartness, tiny hint of watermelon, a pinch too sweet. Thin, tart, middling carb, low abv feels, light sulfites, pedestrian. Doable.

Can from Tavour. Pours brassy gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is lavender and honey. Arguably med body. Flavor matches aroma but after a bit appleskin and even baked apple arrive. Somehow it's a bit more substantial in body and flavor than many ciders.
