Draft pour pint at Elliott Bay Pizza. Clean and bright golden pour, plenty of cream foam head. Ultimate piney hop aroma. Very inviting. Crisp front with a smooth tasting transition. Grassy and piney hops, cool and very fresh feel. Bitterness seems to creep back on the palate. Mildly aggressive piney bitter hops. Solid collab from very trusted IPA makers here. Love this.
