750 ml bottle thanks Adam. Aroma of dark malt, old coffee, soy sauce. The flavor follows with the addition of blackberry. Mouthfeel is still. Haven’t had many still stouts. Not overly sweet. Interesting.

750mL 2022 bottle, batch 1, shared by Adam on 9/21/25.
Still. Dark, clear.
Smells rich and chocolatey with tasteful Bourbon adding spice and sweetness. Little/no oxidation is surprising. Not boozey. Complete lack of carbonation does limit the aroma somewhat.
Soft, flat, chocolatey with peanut, oily roast and light fudge and char lingering. Bourbon is light but evident with mild spice, mild sweetness, no aggressive notes. No alcohol, very minor oxidation. Soft and easygoing with strong attenuation. No syrup here.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Tangerine and pine aromas. Crisp with sweet hot honey, tangerine and bitter pith front to back. Lasting dirty tropical fruit skin finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brassy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is toasty/bready? Med body. Just a bit malty sweet. Toasty/bready with some hop that seems like grass/spice. Nice drink.
