Bottle. It’s a slightly hazy beer, golden in color and with a small, white head. Weak in both aroma and flavor, with pale malts, banana and some cloves and bitterness. Medium body, decent carbonateion. Bitter finish with pale malts and banana. A really boring hefe, it’s a pity there’s not more good examples of this style. 100813

Bottle, 5.2%. Fat banana aroma, but not so powerful. Cloudy, almost muddy brown colour. Small white head. The flavour is mildly fruity and yeasty with a little citric note. Mildly roasted finish, rounding off. Better than expected.

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, slighlty pale golden beer with a small, white head. Grainy nose with noble hops, rather weak. The flavor has a nice hoppyness to deal with the pale malts, finishing quite bitter, and with a fine bitterness also in the initial flavor. Medium body. A nice pilsner, dry and quenching. 100813

Bottle 50 cl. Pours dark amber with a slight haze and a creamy off-white head leaving a little lacework. Yeast dominates the nose. Medium body, sweet banana and yeast - not so much roast as normally in a Dunkles Weizen. Discreet bitterness though. 130810

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. It’s a slightly hazy, amber beer with a decent off-white head. Weak nose with some caramel, banana and generic fruits. Medium body, quite effervescent, dry. Banana, some caramel and a fruity touch in the flavor, rather bitter finish. Not very successful as a dunkel-weizen, but not bad in any way. 100813
