On tap at Nakameguro Taproom. Clear straw gold with a small white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Has some nice floral and perfume-like aromas with some grain and peppery hops. Taste is more of the same. Average carbonation with a light body and refreshing mouthfeel. A little more watery than crisp but not overly so. Nice dry finish. Very nice. --- Beer merged from original tick of Roger's Pilsner on 12 Jun 2015 at 23:50 - Score: 7

Draft pour pint at Special Brews. I had no idea they recycled the Johnny Utah name, but I remember having the original a couple years ago. Pours a cloudy golden color with a hop citrus aroma. Mild juicy flavor with a nice amount of lemon citrus, and finishes on a hop note. Very tasty pale. UPDATE. Draft pour pint at The Bird. Still a standout. Very refreshing. Juicy flavor.sticks around forever. Delicious.

On tap at the Lift. Rather weak aroma gives way to a burst of citrus hops in the taste. Murky, hazy body, plenty of lacing, mild grapefruit finish. Right in the wheelhouse for an APA.

On cask at Washington Brewers Cask Festival, pours black with a small beige head. Nose brings out light cocoa and a little lactose. Flavour is kind of bland for an impie stout, with light cocoa and not much else. Surprisingly muted for the style. Inoffensive but just missing some oomph.

Fairly sharp dry but pretty aggressively bitter IPA. I thought because it’s from Georgetown it couldn’t be top top notch, but this is solid stuff.
