22 oz waxed bottle poured and shared by Chris C. Clear pale pour with no head. Anything I could possibly say abut this cider would be redundant to a lot of my other cider ratings. Juicy finish. Numbers are true. Good cider. Go try it.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is quite dry, with dry apple skins and maybe a hint of the salt. Flavour is unusual, with medium dry apples and the salt cutting in and stealing the show. Not very harmonious. I don't think the salt works well with the cider.

clear. Full of clove and nutmeg, and cinnamon, Light apple in the finish. Not complex or any of that, just a cider that advertises exactly what it is.

On tap at WA Winter Beer Festival 2015, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subtle on the maple, with stewed apples dominating. Flavour is similar, with stewed apples, medium sweetness though without any real notice of maple syrup, and a touch of acidity. Really nicely constructed. Good stuff.

Sampled from the bottle. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of pumpkin spice, cinnamon and sweet apple. Flavor is basically baked cinnamon apple with a touch of dryness.

Can from Mitsuya’s. Clear pale straw color with little to no head. Some light barnyard aromas with granny smith and muscat. Quite dry like a dry chardonnay with nice tartness. Body feels a little weak, but overall it’s solid.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a clear light pee with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is sweet but mealy apple with a bit of acid underlying. Flavor is more sweet forward with a bit of acid towards the finish.
