On tap at Two Beers, pours a clear pale dull yellow with a small white head. Nose is intensely peppery, with dry faded apples. Flavour brings out spicy pepper upfront with a lot of bite, with dry medium-sweet apples underneath. Nice gimmicky beer here, but it works well. Solid cider.

Draft - Sweet light apple. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light fruity sweetness and a clean finish. Citrus seems to downplay the Apple and give it a very clean taste.

On tap at Two Beers, pours a crystal clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very dry, with faint apples and lots of dry wheat. Flavour is super dry, with nothing but dry apples - no residual sweetness at all. Decent for what it is.

At brewery/ciders. Piss yellow. Who cares. Peppers are evident in aroma. Not strong but there. Flavor is lean on apple and good on pepper with a back sweetened apple finish. The burn is almost nothing at first but builds as the drinking goes on.

If I has to drink uninteresting PNW cider, I think I might stick to this. I bought a 4 pack of this for some gluten free guests but they didn’t drink it. I usually stick to Basque or Normandy cider and find most America cider to be one demensional and sweets this however is one demensional but actually not sweet. I’ve been fooled by "dry" before. It really needs some Funky to make it less dull.
